Mexican Style stew with rice

Ingredients: rice 55% (EU), seasoning blend (vegetables (bell pepper, onion, tomato, garlic (natural SULFITES), carrot)), herbs and spices (cumin, coriander, parsley), vegetable fat (palm oil)(incl LACTOSE), thickener: (modified starch, salt, sugar, flavourings), chicken breast 5% (UK, EU). 

May contain SOY and WHEAT. 

Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1690kJ/405kcal, fat 11g  of which saturates 5,3g, carbohydrates 64g including sugars 5,3g, fiber 3,7g, protein 11g, salt 4,2g.     

          
Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour 450ml of boiling water inside the bag. Stir carefully and allow to set for 15 minutes. Stir once more before eating. Add water if needed. Consume after heating up.
