Mexican Style stew with rice

Ingredients: rice 55% (EU),  seasoning blend [vegetables (bell pepper, onion, tomato, garlic (natural sulfities), carrot), herbs and spices (cumin, coriander, parsley), vegetable fat (palm oil)(incl lactose), thickener: modified starch, salt, sugar, flavourings], chicken breast 5% (UK, EU).  

Allergens: milk and sulfities.

May contain soy and wheat.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy value 1690kJ/405kcal, fat 11g including saturated fatty acids 5,3g, carbohydrates 64g including sugars 5,3g, fibre 3,7g, protein 11g, salt 4,2g.

 Instructions of use: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water inside the bag up to point on printed scale H (450ml). Stir carefully and close the bag. Allow to set for 15 minutes. Open the bag and stir well before eating. Add water if needed. Consume after heating up. Store in cool and dry place.
